Guest Arrivals

After the villa is booked we will send, by e-mail a notice of confirmation.

This will include the villa name and address, directions to the community and the key box code.  If there are any special instructions, such as community gate codes, these will be sent at this time also.

On arrival in Florida, guests are able to go directly to the villa!

The key box is situated at side of the door of the villa.  Key in the code given and the box may be opened to obtain the door key.

Guests must check into our offices within 24 hours of arrival (or Monday morning if arriving over a weekend).  This is Florida State Law.

If a security deposit has already been taken, then it is sufficient that guests telephone the office to let us know that they have arrived safely.  If no security deposit has been taken in advance, guests will need to supply a credit card for a security deposit authorization of US$300 on arrival.  Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
