Living Space
SUNNY DAZE boasts 2 seperate Living spaces. The first hosts a TV with cable stations for your enjoyment. Also in place is a DVD unit to play many of the bargain DVD's you can pick up at the local shopping malls. A stereo CD player is also available for playing your music. The second living space allows you to get away from it all. Some nice peaceful time reading your favourite book or just enjoying your own personal quiet time the choice is yours. This area also accomodates a bed settee.

You will also find crockery and kitchen utensils available for your use.

The Master Bedroom offers a Super King-size bed for your comfort. An LCD television offers cable channels for your viewing pleasure.There are His & Hers seperate closets and the very large master en-suite offers separate His & Hers vanity areas. Bathing is provided by a roomy hot -tub and a large walk-in shower.

The Pool Area
Enjoy the Florida Sunshine by playing and splashing in our large private swimming pool. This area provides a safe environment for the children and complete privacy overlooking conservation. The sun shines all day but the Lanai provides welcome shade and a great area for "alfresco" dining. A Barbeque can also be hired.

SUNNY DAZE is fully Air-Conditioned for your complete comfort. Sleeping accomodation is provided by the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed and no fewer than 4 single bed divans over 4 bedrooms. There is a bed-settee in the front living area. There is a large washing machine and dryer for all your laundry needs. An iron and ironing board is also available. All bed linen and towels are provided too.
